The Train Journey...

Of all the things we've done during our trip i feel the train journey was a special one....
The first night was a sleepless one! Exams had just finished n people were tired but the guys wanted to have fun and this place was not meant for sleeping.....Though they were excited about the trip, most of them slept n just a few of us remianed awake. We played throgh the night sometimes cards, sometimes dumb charade, singing n gossiping and it just went on. We got down on every possible station. We would have some tea, take a few snaps n get back in. As we went further north the cold winter started to creep in.
The next day was a blast. People just wouldn't stop shouting. Everyone was enjoying and the only thing that kept them going were the loads n loads of theplas that their moms had packed for them. The number was countless n would have easily run into hundreds. The theplas just wouldn't end no matter how many you consumed. Alomst everyone had an extra bag full of food stuff. No one was going to starve for sure!!
The second night was again a different experience. People had to sleep because the schedule for the next day was a tight one. But again a few of us had no intention of sleeping. We spent the night chatting away n getting down at stations n having tea. The two stations i remember well are Agra and Mathura. I remember Agra because when we got down from the first thing we noticed was the fog. There was a thick fog cover and when we looked towards the sky we saw a roof of fog! We took lots of snaps and moved on. When we got down at Mathura we felt the chill of northern winters. The temperature was quite low. We spotted two men who had lighted a small fire n all of us went n stood around them to catch some heat.
It was about 4:15 in the morning n we were about to reach Delhi. So we did some more time pass till we reached Delhi.

I totally agree with Chirag n he has mentioned a lot about exciting train journey in short....I was one of the ppl who slept on both nights......but on second night i slept very little...about 1.5 hour...n i had chance to get down at few stations...n it was amazing...first ever experience of the cold of north India...I looked at the sky...n saw countless no. of stars from the train as there was no fog after Agra...I just can't describe the beauty of the sky in words...n u can know it only after seeing the pics which were taken fm the train...I remember as we enter the North...ppl suddenly started waking up n started looking for their sweaters n jackets because of sudden blast in cold...n i was one of them...that night I,Advait,Granthali,Ankit Jassi,Robo,Viral all gossiped a lot n it was very exciting...I stood by the door to enjoy the cold but only after having enough protection...n how can i forget to mention the taste of tea which was provided us at one of the stop in 'KULDI'???..The taste of tea mixed with the smell of 'Kuldi' just freshened us up...In The train journey we played Mafia, judgement, memory game, UNO etc...n I also had a lot of chat with one of the Marwari passenger who was also envolved in travelling n tourism activities...n it was the moment when plans of 'Metro journey' and 'Akshardham' were added...thanx to the man.....n on the second night we council ppl had very 1st chat with Mr. Gopala...n we were literally flooded in the stream of his questions....
While returning back ppl were tired n on that night almost all slept...on the second day i.e. on the last day I,Chirag,Mehul,Srividya,Jignesh,Amit sanghvi,Krunal Satra,Naveed,Akash,Dhanraj,Deepak all of us sang a lot of songs n 'Tadap Tadap' by Mehul n Srividya, "Teri deewani' by Chirag, 'Yaaron' by Naveed will always be studded in my memories...n how can i forget to mention that poor little marwari boy who sang for us 3 songs on our req....while listening to him i was drowned in the emotions with which he was fascinating us...we collected an amount of 80-90/- among us n gave him n i was very happy to look into his eyes after having such an amount....Another thing i will always be remembering is for the very first time ppl shouted 'EESA ROCKS' in the entire tour...i was in sound sleep at that time...n suddenly got awake after hearing this n rushed to the compartment where ppl were shouting...n enjoyed a lot...thanx for all ur support n respect...n it was a great satisfaction for me to hear that....Hiten's departure at Baroda, few ppl getting down at 'BORIVALI' n separation at 'BDTS'all incidents were full of emotions n it was just worth seeing ppl shouting 'tronix tronix', 'somaiya somaiya', 'EESA EESA' at all these stations which really showed why 'SoMAIYA T.E. ETRX' rocks...the kind of unity and the kind of attatchment observed during entire trip will always be memorable for me.....THANX FOR ALL UR WONDERFUL SUPPORT..........
